Steve's Priorities

Thriving Downtown

Steve believes a safe and vibrant downtown is the heart of a strong community. He will work to attract new businesses, support local entrepreneurs, and create a welcoming atmosphere where residents and visitors want to shop, dine, and gather.

Safe Neighborhoods

As a longtime law enforcement officer, Steve knows that safety is the foundation of a healthy community. He will prioritize strong partnerships between police, residents, and community organizations to prevent crime and respond quickly when it occurs. Steve is committed to ensuring every family feels secure in their home, their street, and their city.

Smart, Responsible Growth

Steve supports growth that strengthens the community without losing its character. He will champion careful planning that balances economic development with preserving green space, protecting natural resources, and maintaining quality of life. Steve will ensure EL's growth benefits everyone—today and for generations to come.
